Hey everyone, quick post today from a deal I found on Slickeals.net. Amazon has the [easyazon_link identifier=”B00A2T6X0K” locale=”US” tag=”backyardmov05-20″ cart=”y” popups=”y”]BenQ W1070 projector[/easyazon_link] on sale right now for a really good price. If you are getting ready for your first season of Backyard Movies or looking to upgrade your setup, you could do a lot worse than this projector! I have not used this projector, but if I were in the market it would be on its way to Hawaii.
Lumens: 2000 – This is good enough for most backyard movie theaters, I wouldn’t go any lower[easyazon_image align=”none” height=”375″ identifier=”B00A2T6X0K” locale=”US” src=”http://www.backyardmovies.net/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/41fKzH8ZgdL.jpg” tag=”backyardmov05-20″ width=”500″]
Picture: Up to 200 inches – This is well in excess of the 144 inches most backyard screens are
Resolution: 1080P – This will look fantastic on the big screen
Throw: This is a long throw projector, you will need it further back to broadcast a larger image.
3D Capable: You will require 3D media and a 3D capable player and active 3D glasses. I recommend these glasses.
Reviews: With over 1000 reviews, this projector is sitting at 4.5 stars, not bad.
Weight: At under 6 lbs, this projector will be easy to move and setup for Backyard Movie nights.
Speakers: The projector has built in speakers, so one less expense, but you will want to add a stand alone sound system if you can. I recommend the ion block rocker.
